I project managed the renovation of this classic 1930s home in Pinehaven, Upper Hutt. The renovation included extending the house by adding two rooms and an en suite. All the joinery work was done using New Zealand native timber, and I sourced and repurposed the stained-glass windows. The whole house was insulated and re-roofed, and the structure was rebuilt.
